I just bought a new watch from Burrell's in Winchester. The entire journey, from picking it out to getting it delivered and picking it up, lasted around 6-8 weeks. During this period, I popped into the shop a few times. Each time, the staff greeted me with warmth, and the service was top-notch. Their knowledge was impressive and made the whole experience enjoyable. It was truly a joy to get such excellent service. Much appreciated!

The crew is amazing! I really appreciate how they made me feel at home and joyful during my initial visit. Can't wait for my next buy.

I've been a loyal customer at Burrell’s for quite a while now. I've bought several watches, and even when I’ve gotten pieces from other places, they still treat me right by adjusting the links in my bracelet at no cost, always with a friendly and helpful vibe. Paul was fantastic the whole time. I can’t say enough good things about Burrell’s. My next buy will surely be from them.

Absolutely fantastic!!! I stumbled upon Burrells after receiving an email from Pandora informing me that the item I had ordered was out of stock (seriously, why let me order and pay only to wait a day for that news?!) but they refunded me right away!!! I placed my order with Burrells at 12:30 AM and got an email saying it was dispatched by morning, plus a text from Royal Mail. It showed up the next day! And guess what? FREE SHIPPING, unlike Pandora's site! It even came with a nicely folded Pandora bag, just in case it was a gift. I’m definitely going to stick with Burrells for my Pandora needs! They did a stellar job! Arrived perfectly for my holiday!! So pleased, many thanks:-)

Deceivers regarding the gift and support ain't even real support. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. I'm getting ready to return the watch I forked out £5000 for; they clearly don't value my business and seem to dislike it when I use the financing option. This has been the worst experience ever.

This is my second time shopping with this retailer. I picked up 4 Pandora charms along with a bracelet during their sale, and I was really happy with the bracelet since it wasn't discounted anywhere else. Everything arrived in their genuine boxes and bags, and it got to me in just 2 days. I’d totally recommend them; their prices are super competitive.

I made a purchase at their Winchester location with Paul, and I gotta say, the service was top-notch both times. He’s a real watch expert and just a genuinely nice guy. We ended up with a Tudor Black Bay 58 and a Tag Heuer Aquaracer, and they’re both just right. The whole team is fantastic, but definitely ask for Paul; he’s the best!

I ordered a Pandora charm and was a bit skeptical about its authenticity since the price was quite low. The delivery updates were sent to me at every step, and when it finally showed up, I was really impressed with the quality. The charm came in a nice bag and box, making it look great. All the stamps were there, and it felt like the right weight for its size. I was so pleased that I went ahead and ordered some little mermaid charms for my 40th birthday. After checking their details, I can tell they are a legit jeweler, and I’m definitely going to spread the word to my friends and family.

I placed an order for a couple of Pandora rings during their sale, and the site said they were in stock. Got a message today saying, 'Sorry, despite our best efforts to find them for you, we don’t have any left!' What a load of nonsense! As a first-time buyer, I won’t be coming back. Should've checked these reviews beforehand.

I purchased a watch that was on sale and completed the payment. The following day, they reached out to inform me it was out of stock. Seriously, don’t bother with these folks; they’re not trustworthy.
